The role of Customer Experience Specialist is to directly interact with our customer base in daily reconciliation methods. The CES area of the business is an intrinsic part of the Customer Solutions team that elevates customer engagement process towards a one call resolution and acts as a representation of brand pillars.

Responsibilities

    Ensure accuracy of orders and pricing within the order entry process
  • Engage in suggestive selling and product substitution

  • Interfaces with other departments in the resolution of logistic and product issues to develop & maintain a Best in the industry level of service for the customer

  • Meets regularly with Account Managers to review status of entered trade plans and review upcoming plans

  • Facilitates and delivers on customers request for documentation of product specifications

Qualifications


  • Some College preferred but will accept a High School Diploma or GED

  • Prior experience interfacing with sales and production preferred

  • Excellent computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Office programs

  • Ability to quickly learn and work with new computer programs

  • Ability to learn product application and substitution

  • Good verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and with individuals from multiple disciplines and with varying levels of experience

  • Ability to function at a high level within a team environment

  • Bilingual skills (English / Spanish) preferred

  • Highly motivated

  • Can do attitude over the phone in dealing with the customers and fellow team members
