As an Administrative Specialist for our Nursing team, you'll be supporting a team that works on the frontlines of clinical excellence and patient care. In conjunction with a partner Administrative Specialist, you'll serve as the coordinating core of our Nursing leadership team: helping coordinate interviews, meetings, and conferences, ordering and maintaining supplies, and manipulating data and reports through Excel and internal systems.

High school diploma or GED.

Five (5) years of administrative support experience required.

Experience must involve e-mail, word processing and typing correspondence and reports, data entry, budgeting and bookkeeping, preparing presentations and filing.

Grants and/or database experience preferred.

High-level of comfort in Microsoft Excel is strongly preferred.
