I. Job Summary | Major goals and objectives.

The Client Creative Producer coordinates with paid clients to produce segments for Your Life A to Z, assists in daily show production, and works with the Client Creative Director to produce other non-traditional and integrated content for social, digital and news inclusion. The Client Creative Producer reports to the Client Creative Director.

Paid client support. Coordinate paid segments and serve as liaison with paid clients and sales representatives. Send and collect paid client segment forms. Coordinate and produce elements including video and still image graphics. Assist paid clients in studio during taping. Assist in daily show production. Create daily rundown/show sheets.

Produce other non-traditional and integrated content that has been sold to clients. Produce content so it meets client deliverables while aligning with the Arizona's Family brand strategy.

Backup producer support. Layout and write show scripts as needed. Book guests on show as needed. Floor produce during tapings as needed.

May be assigned other duties as needed.

III. Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements | All must be met to be considered.

Education:

High school diploma or GED equivalent. Prefer degree in Broadcasting or Communications or equivalent experience.

Experience:

2-3 years television production experience preferred.

Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Demonstrate good judgment and proficiency in research, writing, and creating solutions for content or technical issues that arise during all phases of production. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work well under pressure while meeting daily deadlines. Ability to work well on a team, as well as independently. Excellent computer and typing skills. Outstanding customer service orientation.
