What you will do

Sensormatic Solutions, the leading Global Retail Solutions portfolio of Johnson Controls, is powering operational excellence at scale, and enabling smart and connected shopper engagement. Our intelligent digital operating platform - Sensormatic IQ - combines the full Sensormatic Solutions portfolio (Loss Prevention, Inventory Intelligence, ShopperTrak), including unmatched insights into Retail inventory, shopper behavior, and loss and liability. This enables retailers to act on prescriptive, data-driven outcomes and confidently move into the future.

The Growth Leader will drive future transformational growth to a large big-box retailer. You will lead the account strategy and planning activities across Sensormatic Solutions portfolio, including professional services, software and hardware solutions for the assigned Retail customer. This person must reside in Bentonville, AR.

How you will do it


  • Develop in-depth customer knowledge – business, strategies and client challenges.

  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of client enablement and a passion for leading edge solutions.

  • Maintain mastery of business acumen, including an understanding of the customers’ business, industry, economic trends, issues, and competitive pressures in their respective industries.

  • Develop annual, quarterly, monthly and weekly plans detailing concepts and actions necessary to achieve business growth opportunities consistent with the company’s growth objectives.

  • Coordinate with clients, engineers and manufacturing teams in order to define product specification and to ensure 100% acceptance of products by clients.

What we look for

Required


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field.

  • Minimum 8+ years of Retail solutions and service experience working in a complex service business environment.

  • Background in Retail Systems Integration with understanding of business challenges facing the Retail industry. 

  • Proven sales leadership.

  • Transformational program builder and closer – must be able to demonstrate proven large pursuit success.

  • Highly capable utilizing Salesforce to develop detailed account plans, as well as manage forecasting and dashboards.

  • Up to 25% travel.

  • Where legally permissible, if hired, candidate is required to be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 no later than his/her start date, unless candidate has a valid medical condition or sincerely held religious belief precluding he/she from receiving the vaccine.
