POSITION SUMMARY:


The job responsibilities for this position focus primarily on coordinating and executing all rental agreements with our end customers, using pre-determined assets from the Rental pool. Primary interaction is with end customers, Sales Representatives and internal departments to perform this job.


MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:



  • Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred.

  • 1-3 years experience in a Customer Support/Service and/or Call Center role

  • Excellent phone skills and etiquette

  • Knowledge of SAP ERP system is strongly preferred

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Basic knowledge of warehousing and logistics

  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask

  • Previous experience in a similar Rental environment is preferred


ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Process all rental requests (via phone and email inquiry) from customers and sales reps for Rental Requests.

  • Responsible for the accurate input of all rental agreements, orders and customer billing into SAP.

  • Track and report key operating and performance metrics

  • Work with the warehouse team to coordinate all shipments.

  • Identify and advise management in regards to maintaining proper inventory levels

  • Process daily, weekly, or monthly reports as requested

  • Make daily phone calls to follow-up on late returns

  • Responsible to purchase new or additional products, to maintain existing inventory

  • Responsible for processing billing for all Damage/Lost equipment incurred during a Rental Agreement

  • Perform thorough follow-up and follow-through in a timely manner
