The Global Marketing team brings to life the unique promise of Hilton's portfolio of brands by defining, creating, and delivering exceptional multi-channel marketing campaigns designed to drive business results. What will I be doing? As the Manager, Account Management you will put your project management and creative skills to use by supporting the marketing objectives of Hilton and its brands as an important part of the Creative Studio team. Your day-to-day will include coordinating the creative development of campaigns and materials.

An Account Manager is a hybrid of strategic account management, client services, project management, and creative resource delegation. This role will develop and maintain comprehensive timelines, cultivate cross-functional relationships and serve as a connector between partners and the Creative Studio. Lead a variety of projects and understand partner's goals, define solutions, ask/answer exciting questions and ensure that the partner's needs are achieved through the creative process. In addition, encourage strong talent by advising and real-time constructive feedback. Crucial to work efficiently under deadlines, effectively balance multiple, concurrent demands, prioritize responsibilities and employ systems to track work and have highly honed communications and diplomacy skills.

More specifically, you will:


  • Be responsible for the delivery of quality creative work that meets partner needs and addresses their business challenges and opportunities.
  • Be knowledgeable on brand, its guidelines, and the competitive landscape. Aid the creative team in understanding/knowing this information and translating it into opportunities for growth.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing strategy, channel, planning, and campaign management teams with clear and open communication.
  • Build a standard path to account management to drive consistency across the department.
  • Build collaborations with partners and the Studio team. Demonstrate understanding of data and analytics driven information to share with internal teams of the vision for implementation.
  • Develop and lead creative project plans including timelines, schedules, budgets, and asset trackers on projects to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Grow talent at the Specialist level with regular check-ins with the team and provide constructive feedback. Assist team in career development by identifying strengths and areas of opportunity to be included in growth plans.
  • Partner with creative teams to deliver creative assets needed for email campaigns, website management, and media formation through internal teams, C-Suite members, and third-party vendors.
  • Communicate priorities and direction to the creative team in the creation of visual marketing assets including photography, videography, graphics for print and digital, including but not limited to out of home placements, display, and retargeting.
  • Manage oversight of documentation and prioritization of evolving sets of requirements.
  • Collaborate with partners on drafting briefs/project briefs for Intake/Leadership review and then carrying through to execution by the Creative Studio team.

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:

  • Three (3) years of work experience
  • Three (3) years of proven ability leading the development of creative campaigns within a matrixed organization
  • Understanding of digital and traditional marketing platforms
  • Experience building detailed project plans, timelines with multiple dependencies and managing creative teams
  • Travel as needed

It would be useful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

  • BA/BS Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience working at an external or in-house creative agency

For Colorado applicants only: The annual salary range for this role starts at $71,000 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location. Hilton offers its eligible team members a comprehensive benefits package including medical and prescription drug coverage, dental coverage, vision coverage, life insurance, short-and long-term disability insurance, a 401(k) savings plan, paid time off, and our travel discount. Subject to plan terms and conditions, you will be eligible to participate in the Hilton Annual Incentive (Bonus) Plan consistent with other team members at the same level and/or position within the Company.
