In this role, you will be a leader in our organizational transformation - to become product aligned, engineering focused, and customer value driven. This is a large scale, organizational transformation to support CCB Technology's modernization and cloud native engineering transformation.

As an experienced transformation leader, your mission is to help evolve our CCB product organization to the next level. Your expertise in various domains including lean, agile, strategy, consulting, process improvement and a focus on delivering value will be counted on to set direction and solve complex and mission critical problems. Your quest to embracing leading-edge technologies and methodologies inspires your team to follow suit.

Reporting to the Strategy and Transformation Director, you will support the CCB Product teams and the IPM organization in building new operating models, processes and metrics. You will be responsible for defining and implementing the target operating model, including policies, processes and tools to support the achievement of IPM and CCB's goals. The Target operating model will provide the detailed vision for the organization. You will drive outcomes through engaging a cross functional team to define the target state, and will work with senior management across CCB technology and Global Technology to leverage best practices and tools, develop standards and practices that are efficient and consistent with CCB and Global Technology goals

Key Responsibilities:


  • Establish and manage our transformation plan, working closely with the CCB Agility Office
  • Lead a cross functional team to drive the definition of the target operating model along the following dimensions:

    • Organizational structure
    • People - Skills, job families, job structure
    • Processes, including incident management, maintenance, risk and controls
    • Tools, including standard deployment and configuration practices
    • Operational controls - Definition of strong controls to ensure adherence to defined policies and procedures

  • Support the definition of a holistic, end to end target state, including establishing strategy, approach and execution of the program, including piloting/prototyping the model
  • Management of a small team
  • Development and execution of a professional communications strategy
  • Development of training and other learning capabilities to support our goals
