Summary of Position
Located in Wisconsin, this role is designed to provide a combination of IT and marketing experiences. The Digital Production Intern will have a desire to gain understanding of the digital industry, available services and trends, new or emerging technologies, and how to deliver digital solutions.
An intern in this role will:
Learn how to manage the implementation of marketing technology solutions
Assist with the management of digital properties to ensure brand strategies are met through capability, project, and maintenance delivery.
Drive collaboration among Kimberly-Clark stakeholders to ensure the correct technology and processes are in place to deliver timely and high-quality digital solutions.
Regularly work directly with the Digital Production leadership on project work status and priority setting.
Be part of Agile Scrum Product Delivery
Support a continuous improvement-oriented work environment and mindset.
Qualifications:
College student pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Information Technology or a related field with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
Previous relevant internship or related work experience (i.e. project management, digital applications, web/mobile technologies)
Exposure to hands-on technology courses
Exposure to projects relating to website builds, design, or development preferred, but not required
Experience working within a functional team
Strong written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
Effectively manages ambiguity, change, and conflict
Technical aptitude with critical thinking skills
Solid knowledge of PC based applications (Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Leadership experience during college years
Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week from May to August)
Transportation to work location
Authorized to work in the U.S. on a regular full-time basis
