Position Description:
This position is responsible for full life-cycle recruiting including sourcing, networking, interviewing, and hiring top talent. This role partners with the VP, HR as well as local leadership teams to drive the talent acquisition, diversity, talent management and development strategies, attracting and retaining high potential salaried and direct labor candidates. This position is also responsible for program development in relation to the recruitment and candidate process.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage full-cycle recruiting process: identify, engage, evaluate candidates throughout the process.

Own relationship with local leadership and hiring managers; organize and manage regular communication to determine hiring needs and role expectations.

Develop and utilize a variety of external hiring techniques (social media, hiring boards, cold-calling) to drive candidate interest and establish pipelines for current and future opportunities.

Nurture relationships with local leadership across the organization, and current and prospective candidates and manage on-going relationships.

Maintain and promote employee referral programs that are relevant and drive quality candidates.

Maintain applicant tracking systems and reporting systems.

Own development and implementation of various programs and trainings related to recruitment and the candidate process.

Organize and/or attend career fairs, college recruiting programs, diversity/inclusion engagements or other events.

Position Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS)

5+ years of previous full-life cycle; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Demonstrated excellence sourcing relevant functional talent, particularly in the technical sector, using current sourcing tools with an emphasis on attracting passive candidates.

Must have thorough knowledge of recruitment and interviewing techniques, including federal and state laws regarding employment practices.

Must have a strong business acumen and resourcefulness to identify passive talent and leverage internal/external resources.

Experience working in a fast-paced recruiting environment at a national level a plus.

Must have the ability to interact professionally and appropriately with external candidates, vendors, and all levels of internal leadership. Strong sense of customer service with a can-do attitude is required.
