The Nurse Director of Quality and Patient Safety will work with a tenured team of quality analyst, patient safety professionals and healthcare executive nurses that are proud to say this hospital recently at achieved Magnet designation. The Nurse Director of Quality and Patient Safety will report to an Administrator that oversees hospital infection control, patient safety, survey readiness, and performance improvement.

The Hospital Director of Quality and Patient Safety will be compensated with area leading compensation and incredible long-term benefits. The RN Quality Director will oversee a team of experienced professionals that have been in the hospital for most of their career. Improving quality metrics such as HCAHPS and LeapFrog ratings, while maintaining survey readiness (The Joint Commission and CMS) will be part of this position.
