A very exciting opportunity is now available for an Assistant Chief Nursing Officer in Central Washington. The Chief Nursing Officer will be able to spearhead internal growth for an accredited facility.

The Assistant Chief Nursing Officer’s place of work offers a variety of services such as medical surgical, ambulatory clinics, cardiopulmonary, radiology, laboratory, and more.

The Assistant Chief Nursing Officer will be at the head of all nursing and additional departments in conjunction with the Chief Nursing Officer. The Assistant Chief Nursing Officer will be supported by Nursing Directors over each unit and indirectly oversee 100+ FTEs. These will include some of the most experienced staff RN-s, Nurse Directors, Nurse Managers, Nurse Supervisors, techs, and more.

The Assistant Chief Nursing Officer will run all nursing departments fiscally, operationally, and administratively correct to the Standards of Nursing Practice and Care. The Assistant Chief Nursing Officer must be able to create an environment that promotes growth of staff and patient experience.
