Join our growing team! We are looking for Associate Data Managers to join our Customer Support team. This role will provide technical support and troubleshooting of software application products via telephone and/or internet to respond to customer inquiries and resolve customer issues.
Responsibilities:
Screens, refers, diagnose, and resolves routine issues as they relate to software application products from customers.
Participates in the design, coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and maintenance of computer programs.
Participates in the writing and updating of various technical documentation such as user manuals, product specifications, and training materials. Log incidents and defects in ticketing system.
Manage issue resolution escalating through 3rd level support as needed.
Provide feedback to product team on incidents, defects and feature requests.
Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned.
Participates in special projects as required.
Complete all responsibilities as outlined on annual Performance Plan.
Complete all special projects and other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in a Computer Science or related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.
0 - 2 years of directly related application support experience.
Basic knowledge of the fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures used in application support.
Proficiency in the use of one or more specific technologies, depending on job assignment.
Basic communication skills to include verbal, phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
May be required to work extended hours during high volume seasons.
Job Demands
This is a full time work from home position and must be located in the continental US. All equipment will be provided.
Must be able to sit and use a computer keyboard for extended periods of time.
Must have flexibility and willingness to participate in the work processes of an international organization, including conference calls scheduled to accommodate global time zones
