We are offering a position as Supply Chain Account Manager where you will have the opportunity to learn and develop within our Supply Chain department. The department is responsible for Order Management as well as Account Management providing support to our global Sales Companies within Nilfisk.
Your new team
The Supply Chain Account Management team consist of 4 existing team members, and as our new colleague, you can help drive initiatives within Supply Chain raised by our Sales Companies. We are ambitious and would like to shape our Supply Chain to meet the demand of our customers.
Furthermore, the Account Management organization helps us move from a reactive to a more proactive approach, discussing supply issues and ensuring alignment between customer supply contracts and business principles. Overall, we are 21 dedicated colleagues in the team, spread across Denmark, Poland, Spain & Hungary, who collaborates in an international and dynamic atmosphere.
The role as Supply Chain Account Manager is the first position in America, and your primary contacts and stakeholders are, sales directors, customer care, sales & operation managers as well as our US distribution management.
You will report to Director, Sales & Shipping Support, Betina Lougart, located in Denmark, Europe.
A communicator with a strong commercial mindset
As our new Supply Chain Account Manager, you will act as the primary logistics contact between Sales Directors and Supply chain, and you will lead meetings with sales companies on relevant supply chain initiatives or challenges. Furthermore, you will represent the voice of the customer within Supply chain, and you will identify and execute on process optimization and improvements.
