HORNE is seeking an Accounts Payable Team Lead. This position requires a high degree of accuracy, strong work ethic, a positive attitude, excellent verbal and written skills, strong computer skills and the ability to work well with others.
Primary Responsibilities:
Prioritize projects assigned by AP Manager
Prioritize team loads and projects
Assist in training new team members
Project management
Problem solving and error resolution
Other duties as assigned
Required Skills:
Experience leading a team of 3-5 minimum
Proficient in Microsoft Suite
Interest in learning new skills and platforms as needed for new projects
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Must be detail oriented
Solid Data Entry Skills
Required Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent
3+ years’ Accounts Payable experience
HR experience a plus
