HORNE is seeking an Accounts Payable Team Lead. This position requires a high degree of accuracy, strong work ethic, a positive attitude, excellent verbal and written skills, strong computer skills and the ability to work well with others.


Primary Responsibilities:



  • Prioritize projects assigned by AP Manager

  • Prioritize team loads and projects

  • Assist in training new team members

  • Project management

  • Problem solving and error resolution

  • Other duties as assigned

Required Skills:



  • Experience leading a team of 3-5 minimum

  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite

  • Interest in learning new skills and platforms as needed for new projects

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Must be detail oriented

  • Solid Data Entry Skills

Required Experience:



  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • 3+ years’ Accounts Payable experience

  • HR experience a plus
