GardaWorld Cash Processing is one of the nation’s largest armored car companies is seeking to fill a Sub-Region ATM Analyst position to be based in the North Markets.  The selected candidate will be responsible for overview of our CVS ATM Variance Tracking for our armored transportation operations within the sub region.  The candidate will be security sensitive with prior ATM, cash logistics and profit and loss (P&L) management experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary. Managers also ensure company policies and procedures are adhered. People skills and leadership experience are a MUST.Â

Job Function Description:

• Conduct a daily review of all ATM variance reports provided by the CVS Analyst and identify process errors and root cause.
• Report all ATM daily variances to the Sub Region ATM Manager, CVS Manager and ST Management and assist in research and resolution.
• Provide Data and Materials Retention Supervision including the oversight of locally retained materials needed for variance and claims research.
• Coordinate and ensure that EOD ATM Variance reporting is completed on a timely basis. This includes the daily balancing status, notification of any out of balance conditions, reporting any customer holdover or significant customer issues, reporting transmission failures, etc.
• Provide Specific Training for new CVS Analyst and Other Staff that are recently on-boarded.

Knowledge, Skills and Education Required or Desirable:

• High School Diploma or Equivalency Degree (4 year BA/BS Preferred) Required
• Excellent Written, Verbal, Reading Comprehensive and Mathematics Skills Required
• Experience working in a fast paced, repetitive process and secure production environment Required
• 3+ Years working in analytical functions providing resources to senior management ensuring their ability to review and manage complex data and financial information in a fast paced and complicated environment Highly Recommended
• Excellent MS Office Skills Required
• MS Vision and MS Project Skills Highly Recommended
• 10 key speed and accuracy Required
