POSITION SUMMARY
The Director, Operations & Integration (ECS) is professional, focused, and competent in the significant operational and financial aspects of the construction industry. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, performing routine oversight and mentoring of ECS operating companies' operational performance through periodic company and jobsite visits as well as monthly and quarterly review of WIP and other operational reports. The Director, Operations & Integration actively communicates up and down the organizational chain about observed risks and opportunities that will keep the business aligned with EMCOR's core values and mission objectives. The Director, Operations & Integration additionally works closely with corporate and segment management on both acquisition due diligence and integration to ensure a smooth and efficient transition of newly acquired entities.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in engineering, finance/ accounting, business management, construction, or related areas of study; and minimum of 10 years progressive experience in the construction industry.
