The Production Supervisor will be responsible for monitoring the daily production operations and ensure that they meet Key Performance Indicators as outlined by the Project Management Team. Their duties will include monitoring employees Team production٫ organizing workflows and analyzing the efficiency of application processes. 


 


Job Responsibilities: 



  •  Directly responsible for the day to day administration of users in the call center systems including setup of new users, permissions and user changes.

  • Maintain and forecast schedules for all call center projects.

  •  Manage timekeeping system including review and reconciliation of sub contractor time and invoicing.  

  • Manage personnel requisition process and coordinate with Recruiting as needed.

  • Coordinate with Payroll and HR as needed to maintain system processes and procedures.

  • Prepare reports on and analysis of performance to Call Center managers.  

  • Detect issues in efficiency and suggest improvements.

 


Job Requirements 



  • 2+ years' experience 

  •  Good practical experience with MS Office 

  •  Call center or production based experience at a lead/supervisor level.

  • Experience in large scale schedule management.

  • Strong organizational and leadership skills٫ together with a results-driven approach 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills 

  • Self-motivated and problem solver. 

  • High School Diploma; bachelor’s degree in business administration or other relevant area is preferred.
