Horne LLP is an industry leader in Accounting and Business Advisory Services and currently provides service from 13 locations across the US and Puerto Rico. We are searching for an experienced Logistics Coordinator to support our Firm. You'll need to have experience supporting all layers of logistics, including packing and shipping hardware, tracking shipping and managing return of hardware. A strong work ethic, deep troubleshooting skills, and proactive communication are all key to succeeding in this role.

Position Responsibilities:

• Management of parcel shipping in high volumes (hundreds per week)


• Proficiency with parcel shipment management systems


• Operation of automated logistics workflows


• Oversight of all packing and shipping activity and status


• Reclamation of inactive equipment from sites around the US and coordination with asset management administrator


• Oversight and schedule of logistics team

Qualifications:

• 6 months of experience in a similar role


• Proficiency with safe packing & shipping of equipment


• Excellent written and oral communication and organizational skills
