As a team member within Government Services, you will perform essential tasks for the timely analysis and processing of grant compliance documentation required by federal regulations associated with monitoring of expenditures related to disaster recovery grants. You will participate in one of the following programs:
Maintain program record-keeping in web-based platforms, and assist in development and testing of technology platform as needed
Assist in the creation of program information documents including but not limited to technical papers, briefing packets, promotional materials, training materials, press releases, and other public announcements
Provide overall support to capacity-building initiatives that include web-based seminars, printed manuals, group sessions, training videos, and more.
Accept responsibility for accuracy of data entry, accumulation, and maintenance of program records.
Develop relationships with clients and provides high-quality client service. Adding value to clients’ businesses is an integral part of the job requirements.
Effectively communicate, both orally and written, with team members and clients.
Proficient in the use of technology, including Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree Required
CPA is a major plus
At least 2+ years of monitoring/auditing experience
Ability to develop relationships with clients and provide high-quality client service
Disaster recovery/federal funding experience is a plus
Ability to pass a background check
Strong Critical Thinking, Planning Skills, Time Management, Attention to Detail,
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Self-starter, detail-oriented
Proficient in editing and proofing with attention to detail and strong grammar skills (English and Spanish)
Excellent oral and written communication
Organizational and project management skills
Ability to meet tight deadlines
