Job Description:

Global Projects Coordinator will report directly to the Director of Global Projects, this position will also support the Project and Manufacturing Support Group. Primary function is to assit in the development and maintenance or key process's that assist the Global Project Managers and other support funtions. The process's are outlined below in the duties section. PMO and O&M manual oversight will be paramount to this posisition.


  • Assisting Project Manangers in capturing and distributing project related documents into a Project lifecycle Management (PLM) tool that tracks versions, revisions and statuses throughout the life of a project


  • Ensure the accuracy of change orders including but not limited to documentation, revisions, and required approvers..
  • Manage the document approval process including final approval signatures, completed implementation.
  • Responsible for reviewing various reports for quality assurance
  • Support O&M manuals with Cyient (conversations with Chris Marshall)
  • Maintain and Report out Target Zero Leading Indicators
  • Project Manager Load Board maintenance
  • PLM and training of PM's, also will be tasked to develop better means of data mining and housing. Will need to maintain new process
  • PMO Manual development and maintenance, work with 3rd party consultant on development. This position will be key for ensuring Project Manager Manual is kept up to date and current. Will also coordinate training sessions for Global Role Out of PMO.
  • Build Process to replace CI sheets, train and maintain group on new process
  • Track Vacation time for group
  • Assist with ensuring Project KPI's are updated and ensure PM are staying on task with process
  • Establish and drive corrective action program process (CAPAL)
  • Develop and own change order process
  • Assist Project Managers with technical requirements on proposal's
  • Perform all other duties as required.

  • Associates degree or High School diploma or equivalent required with relevant work experience (5 years of Document Control experience)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Highly organized and detail oriented with strong follow-up skills to manage large volumes of documentation. Ability to understand priorities.
  • Quality and timely decision making. Conflict management.
  • Must be able to learn various software applications. For example, familiarity with Agile Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system highly desirable.
  • Must demonstrate proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft Word, Excel, etc. Strong computer skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
