We're looking for a Project Manager - Business Services Partners (internal title to be " Value Leader for Global Business Services Partners") to h elp to maximize shareholder value by coordinating an ecosystem of external partners for the delivery of business service excellence.
Please note, we are not requiring candidates to hold PMP or similar certifications as long as they have relevant experience.
Responsibilities:
Guide end-to-end business process externalization in coordination with the business owners. This includes but is not limited to: sourcing, market & spend analysis, contract negotiations, contract governance, change orders
Participate in development of and execution of company's externalization (outsourcing) strategy, coordinate with cross functional business teams to drive business objectives
Lead implementation of new partnerships from concept to stabilization
Maximize impact and efficiency of Business Services Partners workforce delivering internal and external client experience
Communicate feedback, challenges, roadblocks, insights effectively and efficiently to appropriate stakeholders at company and Business Services Partners providers
Coordinate with vendors and IT department to ensure company infrastructure utilized by Business Partners' workforce is available and workforce access is established
Work on key improvement initiatives with Business Services Partners and key stakeholders, integrate lessons learned across vendor categories and partnerships
Establish and analyze Business Service Partner metrics & KPIs, manage contractual obligations of Business Services Partners, evaluate vendor performance and align with customer expectations
Organize implementation of process improvements coordinating process changes with company stakeholders and Business Partners' workforce
Experience:
4 - 6 years of experience in business process outsourcing/ externalization domains such as finance, HR or IT shared services including contract negotiation
Strong communication skills (written and verbal), including to senior and/or executive leadership
Demonstrated project experience within Shared Services, Outsourcing and/ or Offshoring, or back-office functional optimization
Ability to analyze and apply outsourcing trends to metrics
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple task assignments
