SUMMARY: This position is responsible for performing general warehouse functions including, but not limited to, pick/pack, receiving, assembly, returns, label placement and scanning in accordance with AMS’ set procedures.

DUTIES:

• Completes daily assignments as requested, including pick and pack, receiving material/containers, process returns, scans product, performs assembly work and label placement


• Uses new technology for Picking and /or Receiving/Returns


• Support other areas when needed


• Scans verified using InOrder and hand held


• Communicates effectively with Operations manager/supervisor or lead when job is complete


• Performs housekeeping duties at the end of each working day in accordance with specific zone procedures


• Assures that all orders are done by the end of the day


• Works in different areas of the warehouse as assigned


• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Warehouse work experience preferred


• Problem solving skills


• English speaking


• Strong written and verbal communication skills


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred


• InOrder system knowledge helpful


• Attention to detail


• Ability to safely operate equipment such as pallet jacks, box cutters, tape guns, taping machines 


• Ability to work over time and weekends with short notice
