Role Summary:
The Lead Experience Design Researcher will execute on the strategic direction of the by working with relevant Product teams, Customer Strategy team, and the Experience Design team through research and discovery. This role is responsible for developing research strategies, roadmaps, and executing all stages of research. The individual must be able to demonstrate knowledge and apply relevant theoretical foundations from Behavioral Sciences and Cognitive Sciences in designing, executing, analyzing and synthesizing research findings. This role serves as a catalyst to educate, accelerate, and activate product design and development to be advocates of customers and apply that into their product designs. They are responsible for managing multi-channel relationships and collaborating across business and product teams.
