Your responsibilities

• Support of foreign trade requirements


• Within YATRACO:




• Creation of new transports


• Assign deliveries to transports (transportation planning)


• Capacity planning


• Review and update deliveries


• Block deliveries


• Split deliveries


• Assign service agents to transports


• Change mode of transportation via shipping conditions (i.e. our truck to common carrier)


• Change or add freight costs to deliveries


• Assign a shipment type


• Print output documents (packing slips, certifications, load lists, manifests etc.)


• Loading verification


• Assist with the creation of new service agents


• Control of returnable goods


• Assign a service agent for sub-contracting


• Assigning transports for over-length and over-width deliveries


• Control inbound transports and deliveries


• Schedule Common Carrier shipments


• Assist Warehouse Clerical Support in filing freight and UPS claims.

Your profile

Minimum Requirements:

• Basic math and reading skills obtained by a high school diploma or equivalent.


• Must have basic computer skills.


• Interpersonal skills to communicate with plant manager, sales staff, and warehouse personnel. Possess the ability to understand equipment and tolerances.


• Warehouse experience with forklift, packing and measuring.

Preferred Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.


• 2-3 years previous experience in a related field.


• Knowledge of SFA and load module.


• Possess the knowledge of metals handled in regard to proper staging, processing, packaging, and shipping


• First aid and CPR training

Exposure to labor relations, safety programs, ISO standards, Lean practices and sale functions. This individual must also possess good leadership qualities and the ability to build an effective team as well as be an effective team member
