Milk Specialties Global is an industry-leading manufacturer of innovative dairy-based nutritional ingredients designed to optimize health and nutrition. We are currently seeking an Evaporator/Dryer Relief operator in our Visalia, CA facility working Sunday through Thursday 10:00 pm - 6:30 am.

Ideal candidates will have had previous exposure in a manufacturing environment. Additionally, can do basic mathematics, is mechanically inclined and comfortable with hand tools, and is happy with rolling up their sleeves and doing what it takes to be a team player.

Essential Functions:

• Operation of the Dryer to ensure quality product that meets specifications.


• Responsible for maintaining accurate and complete paperwork.


• Ability to learn and operate computer related controls.


• Ongoing improvement of knowledge and understanding of all evaporator/dryer process equipment and protein in general.


• Monitoring of all streams to ensure the proper functionality of various products.


• Maintain and monitor all Quality and Production programs per company standards.


• Responsible for maintaining equipment and work environment cleanliness.


• Responsible for proper product handling to minimize product loss.


• Responsible for understanding and conducting CIP's and other cleaning steps according to plant procedures.


• Responsible for following GMP guidelines all company policies.


• Follow all safety guidelines and policies.


• Maintain a positive attitude and have excellent attendance.


• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
