As the Specialist, Talent Acquisition, you will be supporting a large recruiting team by providing a variety of important administrative tasks. You will have a direct and impactful role in the overall success of the team. What you'll do on a typical day:

• Provide a variety of administrative tasks to support a large recruiting team


• Coordinate interviews and travel for candidates


• Create offer letters


• Guide new hires through the onboarding process


• Coordinate events and manage projects for the team

At a minimum, you'll need:

• 1 year of experience supporting a full cycle recruiting team or similar group


• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

• Associate degree or equivalent related work or military experience

• Creative approach to streamlining processes


• Positive, can-do attitude; willingness to contribute ideas and expertise


• Proven ability to be deadline-oriented and results-driven


• Ability to work independently and in a team environment


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills


• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
