As an Agile Coach, you will help drive our Product transformation journey to a fully agile product development model by fostering and developing agile ways of working, including customer-centric design, test and learn methods, continuous improvement, organizational efficiency, and effective execution.

You will report to the Product Strategy and Agility Director and engage with all levels of the Product, including Product Owners, Area Product Owners, Technology Partners, Agility Leads, and feature teams.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Help drive the transformation across all stakeholders (internal to product team and external with business and functional partners) by building relationships as a trusted change agent to help promote agile maturity
  • Influence senior leaders and partner with them to create a sustainable plan for change and adoption of agile ways of working
  • Provide training and coaching for Product teams on agile best practices
  • Test and learn with experimentation, celebrating learnings from failures, and identifying successes to share with other product teams

Key Skills Required:

  • Well-developed organizational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities - Able to quickly and effectively respond to rapidly changing business needs and urgent requests.
  • Communications skills - Must possess strong verbal and written communications skills, a keen business acumen and the ability to synthesize "the story" for executive-level audiences and adjust messages and style based on different audiences and agendas.
  • Problem solving skills - Strong analytical capabilities coupled with the ability to identify issues, gather and manipulate data, obtain consensus and support implementing change. Able to outline work process in a thoughtful and detailed manner. Intellectually curious with a genuine interest in knowledge gathering and problem solving
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills - Strong professional presence with the ability to interact and influence colleagues at all levels in the business. Able to collaborate with peer team members across business and staff areas at all levels and achieve goals without direct control over all resources. Proactively seeks guidance, clarification and feedback from others

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years as a scrum master / agility lead
  • 3+ years experience with scaling frameworks (LeSS, SAFe)
  • Agility certifications or continuing education credits (CSPO, CSM)
  • Experience with JIRA
