Key Responsibilities:


  • Define and execute Application Performance Management strategy and road map focused on key enterprise applications
  • Hands on work on and overall performance monitoring, diagnostic, and tuning activities
  • Help define and execute monitoring strategy and approach as well as to usable deliverables.
  • Understand and optimize key performance KPIs per business requirements.
  • Help drive multiple teams with performance test planning, execution, outcome expectation definitions
  • Provide technical guidance and assistance (standard work / processes) to performance diagnostic engineers

Required Qualifications

  • Hands On Experience in IT Performance Testing.
  • Expertise in Performance & Load Test Planning, Test Estimation, Test Strategy, Workload Design, Test Cases Design, Test Environment Setup, Test Data Setup, Defect Management & Configuration Management.
  • Experience with a performance testing solution such as: JMeter, Blazemeter to include testing, reporting, installation, integration with other software solutions, customization, and maintenance.
  • Understanding of APM solutions like Dynatrace
  • Understanding of log monitoring tools like Grafana, Kibana, etc
  • Experience with microservice architecture, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, AWS
  • Knowledge of key matrix like CPU Utilization, Memory usage, Network usage, Garbage Collection and DB Parameters and DB Reports to verify the performance of the applications.
  • Ability to generate performance graphs, session reports and other related documentation required for validation and analysis.
  • Publish results and receive appropriate signoff. Prepare detail status reports and monitoring of all defects and issues.
  • Identifying memory leakage, connection issues & Bottleneck problem in the application.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and very good time management skills.
