FIELD SERVICE DISPATCHER:Responsible for scheduling, prioritizing, and following up on job assignments for Field Technicians, Planned Maintenance and PAPE+ as well as opening work orders. Additionally, this position will direct technicians to assure full utilization of equipment and manpower, respond to customer calls and emails, and notify customers of scheduling and job delays.

Technical knowledge of equipment and dispatching experience preferred. Applicant must have excellent communication, customer relation and data entry skills. Computer proficiency, including experience with Excel and Word is required. Must be multi-task orientated with excellent attention to detail.
