The Leads/Enrollment Processor is responsible for accurate and efficient processing and entry of all data/forms related to inquiry and student enrollment packets receive in the Central Enrollment Office while maintaining SOP, accreditation, licensing, and regulatory compliance. This includes but is not limited to document review, data entry, inner-company communication and data entry verification.
Please note, the pay rate for this position is $15/hr. Responsibilities
Maintain general knowledge of departmental, campus and state specific policies and standards
Ensure that incoming enrollment paperwork is accurate and complete in manner consistent with SOP, accreditation, licensing, and regulatory requirements which requires a significant level of responsibility, attention to detail and ability to manage complexity.
Manage and provide support to representatives, potential students and their families for enrollments that are incomplete and/or incorrect (missing documents)
Update CRM and enter enrollment agreement information into SMART to create student record
Process credit card transactions and reconcile registration fees received for Accounting
Receive, review, update and image interview questionnaires
Scan and link all documents received and processed by the department
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment to meet targeted deadlines
Ensure daily processes are completed timely (including but not limited to processing diplomas, processing military documents, updating alumni registrants, entering grad re-enrolls, distribution of general inquiry emails, processing state disclosures)
Complete other duties as assigned by Manager Central Enrollment or VP Admissions Operations
Other duties as assigned.

Education / Experience
High School diploma or GED required
Knowledge of Microsoft Office computer software

Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 5 pounds 5% or less of the workday
