Overview

The Recruiter is responsible for seeking out and securing top talent for the organization while ensuring a positive, professional recruitment experience for both the candidate and the hiring manager.
Responsibilities


  • Lead full recruiting life-cycle by managing the funnel of candidates, the relationship with hiring managers and the process from the assignment of a requisition through hire by sourcing, screening, submitting candidates, interviewing and successful on-boarding.
  • Facilitate the recruitment process by establishing and maintaining relationships with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring needs, co-developing strategic recruitment, sourcing plans, and conducting regular follow up meetings with managers to determine the effectiveness of the predefined recruiting plans.
  • Source top talent for positions within the organization by developing a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need, build and maintain networks to find qualified passive candidates, networking through industry contacts and employees, researching and recommending new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting and leveraging online recruiting resources and in-house Applicant Tracking System.
  • Facilitate the hiring process by screening and referring highly qualified candidates to hiring managers, utilizing competency and behavior based interviewing techniques, managing and coordinating all communication with candidates and working with hiring managers to extend offers of employment within the guidelines of the organization's compensation guidelines and policies.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with leaders, vendors, community organizations and other team members to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results and credibility.
  • Participate in driving the implementation of a consistent recruiting process across the organization by training, coaching and influencing hiring managers and other key clients. Utilizing the ability to influence decisions, work in a team environment and communicate effectively.
  • Ensure each candidate has positive, professional experience by ensuring accurate communication between hiring managers and candidates and helping facilitate an orderly, efficient process in a high-touch, high-level service environment.
  • Maintain compliance with recruitment Standard Operating Procedures, EEO and AA Plans to ensure goals are being encouraged and met by working with hiring manager to identify a diverse candidate pool.
  • Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring manager interactions and other recruiting activities.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education / Experience


  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated, successful experience in recruitment.
  • Multi-state, multi-site experience is required.
  • Corporate recruitment experience is preferred, sales recruiting experience, a plus.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

Abilities

  • Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 5 pounds or less 5% of the workday
  • Must be able stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl 5% or less of the workday
  • Must be able to talk, see, hear, concentrate, think, learn and reason for all of the workday
  • Must be able to sit and walk or otherwise move around for prolonged periods throughout the workday.
  • Must be able to use a keyboard and do manual tasks for prolonged periods throughout the workday.
  • May require overnight travel.

Work Environment
  • Work is performed indoors in a climate-controlled environment.
