Director/Lead Human Resources - Talent & HR Operations, NA

The Lead HR - Talent & HR operations is a key member of the Dr. Reddy's HR team, responsible for developing and implementing talent strategy as well as people policies that ensure North America organization has the talent to deliver business needs.

The incumbent will be responsible for providing direction and management of all critical talent and HR programs including but not limited to talent acquisition, induction/onboarding, talent management, HR Policy & Compliance, Employee Engagement, Health & Wellness, HRIS, Engagement, D&I.

This role will report to the Head - Human Resources, NA and be based in Princeton, New Jersey.

Responsibilities


  • Develop and deploy key programs and initiatives aimed at hiring, developing and engaging talent for NA organization.

  • Gather latest trends on each of the above stated HR functional areas to develop best practices for the current and future.

  • Bring thought leadership and experience to change management initiatives in the business.

  • Spearhead the Engagement, D&I efforts, building a diverse and motivated workforce.

  • Own employee handbook / people policies, review and make changes, as and when required.

  • Build strong relationships with business as well as key HR groups (including Business Partners, COEs, HRSS), and leverage the same to influence outcomes / overall HR service delivery.

  • Responsible for the development and leadership of team.

Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource's field, working in a multinational matrix HR environment. Master's degree, SPHR preferred

  • Self -driven professional with minimum of 10years experience handling various HR functions (talent acquisition, talent management, employee relations, engagement, rewards / benefits programs)

  • Knowledge of U.S. employment including FMLA, ADA, FLSA and being able to partner with outside counsel on related matters.

  • Experience with project management and driving change initiatives

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and collaboration skills

  • Proven execution skills and ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment
