Summary Solicits, negotiates, underwrites and coordinates the closing of residential, construction and commercial mortgage loans in compliance with the Bank's policies, procedures and related laws and regulations. Serves as the customer's guide through the mortgage process and ensures all documents and procedures are completed within the required time frames by performing the following duties.

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) with a minimum two years mortgage lending experience.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of the Internet, Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to use basic office machines. Ability to learn bank-specific software such as MPC, IBS, ADP, etc.
