We are seeking a Project Manager to support key cross-functional initiatives. Your main responsibilities will include leading projects that deliver scale, fully optimize technologies, and improve experiences to support the DE+I team's innovative programs. This individual will bring the right level of drive and influence to help teams execute against our key business goals and objectives. We are looking for someone who is passionate about creating an inclusive employee experience utilizing a highly collaborative and organized approach to project management!

What You'll Do

Lead and support complex initiatives that drive the success of Employee Experience solutions, including applying critical thinking and problem solving to building goals and lead cross-team collaboration to deliver successful outcomes. You will partner closely with the program teams to define, deliver and measure programs as well as:

• Communicate regularly on status and raise critical issues and develop plans to engage the right people to remove obstacles to success




• Build relationships with leaders and cross-functional teams to achieve desired outcomes




• Drive process improvements and operational consistency for programs across the portfolio




• Support ad hoc projects and activities to enable team success

You bring:

• 2+ years of proven success in program or project management of high complexity initiatives in a global environment




• Experience supporting the strategic planning and execution of multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high levels of project organization




• Understanding of how to synthesize data in order to effectively communicate with and influence stakeholders throughout the organization




• Lead through ambiguity, prioritize needs, and deliver measurable results in a changing environment




• Strong attention to detail in support of optimized support delivery

Desired Skills and/or Experience

• Passion for creating an inclusive and equitable workplace




• Previous experience supporting/working on data-centered projects such as statistical analysis/research or data science.




• Exposure to reporting or business intelligence tools like Tableau, Business Objects, etc.




• Previous experience working with learning and development teams
