The HRIS Analyst will be responsible for the Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) by owning and updating the database, managing user accounts, and resolving issues. The role is responsible for ensuring appropriate compliance with company policies and with SOX requirements. This position collaborates with Human Resources, Legal, Finance, Payroll, and IT, as well as all levels of management to provide expertise in solving complex system challenges. This position also collaborates with ADP for resolving Vantage System issues and assessing capabilities. This role is required to take the lead and provide analytical insight through ongoing reports and special project initiatives that rely on HRIS systems to implement. This position also interacts with external auditors quarterly to ensure compliance with all appropriate regulations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Analysis: Analyze Software Systems to conduct Root Cause Analysis and provide business solutions recommendations
Analysis: Effectively identify process inefficiencies and make appropriate recommendations for changes and improvements
Project: Support Special Projects as Requested
Support Tasking: Manage contract compliance with HR-related components such as OIG and background check requirements
Support Tasking: Manage Vantage and other HRIS systems to ensure all data is accurate and reportable
Support Tasking: Establish and control security access for new practitioners in Vantage with correct access, configuration of workflow, membership rules, and table setups
Support Tasking: Lead monthly reporting requirements and initiatives in the HR space to ensure business stakeholders' access and formatting requirements
Support Tasking: Provide outside auditors with Quarterly SOX and SOX II audit reports to ensure security access termination
Support Tasking: Ensure new hires with new positions have an appropriate pay code and pay range in the Vantage system flagging discrepancies and problem-solving solutions
Support Tasking: Update Stock Option Report from Finance with address changes and terminations
Routine Tasking: Provide weekly Employee Census and Termination Reports to Payroll and Bi-weekly Job Change and Reports to reports to FP&A, Accounting and Legal
Routine Tasking: Collaborate with Payroll team to ensure wage and hour regulatory compliance
Routine Tasking: Part of Advisory team for separation activities including Separation Agreements and team communications regarding same
Routine Tasking: Consistently demonstrates analytical thinking both through verbal and non-verbal communications that is consumable by peers and management
Compliance: Control and management of personnel-related documents for legacy team members

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Finance, or Business
5 or more years of Human Resources, Operations and/or Technology Business experience
Software Systems/Applications: End User, Automation, Process Workflow, Communications
Software Skills: MS Office Suite, SmartSheet, ADP, Workday, etc.
Database Skills: Date Entry, Extraction, Manipulation, Reporting, etc.

Salary: $49,590 - $66,120 annually
