Navarro Research and Engineering is recruiting for a Senior Technical Recruiter in Richland, WA. This is a fully remote position.

• Take ownership of recruiting for a government contract.
• Reviews resumes and employment applications.
• Interviews, and screens applicant's technical competence, applicable background and skills, individual goals, and ability to fit in the organization and function effectively.
• Partners with hiring manager to determine ideal candidate characteristics.
• Creatively identify qualified candidates through a variety of recruiting sources including, but not limited to the internal Applicant Tracking System and internet sources.
• Manages current candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Manages application/resume file and retention according to company policy.
• Maintain applicant flow data for AAP.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field and at least 5 years of job-related experience.
• OFCCP knowledge.
• Advanced internet recruiting skills and experience.

• Experience recruiting for Department of Energy related positions required.

Due to the nature of the government contract requirements and/or clearances requirements, US citizenship is required.
