As a Business Analyst on the Telemedicine R&D team, you will work closely with our various Telemedicine stakeholders including the product team, business operations, and support, as well as our specialist to expand and enhance our VetMedStat application. You'll analyze business data, goals, objectives and needs to make recommendations, then turn those recommendations into business requirements and user stories.

In This Role

• You'll partner cross-functionally with a range of stakeholders across the business to analyze data from legacy VMS and DVMI applications to develop plans/processes to map and migrate the applications into the new VMS.


• You'll work closely with the business and development team to identify user information requirements and to identify opportunities to support critical business strategies and to improve business processes through meaningful standardization of data and processes.


• Your day-to-day will include working with the R&D scrum team to socialize new enhancement requests, and craft user stories that meet the needs of both the various stakeholders and the R&D team.


• Occasional assistance is testing the application is also expected.

What You Will Need to Succeed

• You have a proven track record of working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical resources.


• You are very comfortable analyzing data and identifying opportunities to drive meaningful standardization of data and processes regionally and/or globally.


• You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to identify and resolve issues.


• You're able to present and translate technical subject matter to non-technical audiences.


• You should be highly organized with the ability to manage and prioritize several projects simultaneously, while simultaneously working both collaboratively as well as independently.


• You are agile and can work well in environments where objectives and priorities are reviewed and assessed regularly.
