This role is a core member of the Talent & Organizational Development team, which is responsible for talent programs and organizational effectiveness consulting across the company. Organizational effectiveness consulting (in case you're wondering what this means) involves partnering with HR Business Partners and executive leaders to assess a division, department, or team's effectiveness. Sample engagements include organizational structure assessments, mission/vision/value proposition design, spans and layers analysis, and productivity analysis. Ultimately, many of these engagements support our people in trying new things or successfully navigating change.
What You'll Do:
Own the scoping, planning, and execution of assigned organizational consulting engagements
Plan and execute talent programs; assist in redesigning, refreshing, and reimagining such programs when appropriate
Conduct and summarize interviews and engage in other research methods to gather information
Complete quantitative and qualitative analyses to support project objectives, incorporating both internal and external data, e.g. market and industry benchmarks, as appropriate
Develop project deliverables with minimal supervision, including PowerPoint presentations, project plans/timelines, status reports, and communication plans, etc.; incorporate data visualizations into deliverables as needed
Develop engaging end-user materials and communications to support talent programs, such as user guides, video tutorials, and anything else your creativity can dream up!
Present updates, findings, and recommendations to internal project sponsors and other leaders and associates at all levels of the organization as needed for assigned projects
Facilitate meetings, workgroups, and training sessions as needed
What You'll Need:
5+ years of relevant experience preferred (i.e. human resources, people operations, business process improvement, organizational assessments, change management, project management or related)
Knowledge and application of change management models, processes, and concepts
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills, required
Proven ability to work in various project delivery scenarios -- may work independently on smaller projects, or as a member of a large, matrixed team
