Location: Seattle, Washington
The position reports to the Financial Planning and Analysis team. The team is responsible for planning and identifying any issues, conducting root cause analysis that will ways to improve operational efficiency. The team is tasked with providing actionable insights to Sales, Product, Operations, and Engineering teams.
The Data Analyst will collect customer requirements, determine technical issues, conduct analytics, and report insights and findings to execs and engineering teams.
Identify new sources of data and methods to improve data collection, analysis, and reporting. Collect, analyze, and report data to meet customer needs.
Develop customer-level revenue trends with actuals and forecasted renewals using both accounting data and Salesforce data.
Develop metrics, dashboards by gathering data from various databases and present the trends in a dashboard
Work with cross-functional group consisting of Sales, Engineering, Product, Program managers to drive data-based decisions
Automate reporting to improve data availability
Analytical and problem-solving mindset with a can-do attitude
Technical skills: Experience with Microsoft Excel, SQL, Google Sheets, Tableau required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Arts, Finance or related field
OR 2 years experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field.
