Responsible for working collaboratively with Engineering, Consulting, and Support teams on Netsmart solutions as representative of the technology sales team.

Responsibilities

• Address incoming requests for troubleshooting and configuration of the CareFabric SDK and microservice.


• Attend P1/P0 incidents involving CareFabric services.


• Marshal weekly deployment assets and teams and support incident resolution and CareFabric services maintenance.


• Triage unplanned work, identify engineers andavailable resources for assistance.


• Work on building new code to help with logging, monitoring, alerting, analytics, process improvement,and other required tasks.


• Resolve and/or escalate incidents to reduce the mean time to recover.


• Identify opportunities for improvement and make constructive suggestions for change.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience


• Education or training in software coding


• Enjoys interacting and engaging with internal clients.


• Able to handle multiple competing priorities and deadlines.


• Curious, enjoys solving problems and troubleshooting.


• Ability to build relationships and work effectively with cross-functional teams
