Provide technical expertise in analyzing, designing, implementing, and maintaining applications in support of Netsmart's operational needs, specifically around Web Development.

Responsibilities:

• Interact with key business and technology stakeholders to define, analyze, and deliver requirements that reflect the needs of both the business and end-customers


• Decompose business requirements and translate them into detailed design specifications and code


• Design solutions, write code, perform unit testing, develops appropriate artifacts / documentation, and facilitates final delivery using business system tools.


• Create and document detailed software implementations/code while ensuring that their code/configurations adhere to the security, logging, error handling, and performance standards and non-functional requirements


• Build solutions that are supportable, scalable and achieve our aspiration of common assets, use the enterprise monitoring/logging, require minimal to zero maintenance, and are aligned with architectural patterns and technology strategy


• Support escalated and/or complex production issues, including Independently completes root-cause analysis and diagnosis


• Participate in the evaluation of new technologies for fit with the program/system/eco-system and the associated upstream and downstream impacts on process, data, risk (e.g., security).


• Lead upgrades


• Serve as a liaison with cross functional technical and non-technical teams


• Create technical documentation


• Complete unit testing and create audits

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience


• Minimum of two (2) years of experience with Digital Experience Platforms (DXP).


• Minimum of one (1) year of experience with software implementation life cycles and unit testing


• Minimum of one (1) year of experience designing, developing, scripting, and testing application interfaces


• Proficient with SQL, XML/XLST, Web services (SOAP, REST) and relational database management systems


• Proficient web development skills including JSON, XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript Scripting Languages, DHTML


• Proficient in technical systems documentation


• Ability and willingness to work in multi-platform environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience with DXP solutions like SiteCore, Adobe, or Jahia platforms


• Proficient with development in Java and/or .Net languages


• Experience leading and/or participating in systems design


• Experience in building and/or supporting a multi-platform environment


• Experience working with Single Sign On Solutions like Okta


• Experience working with Microsoft Azure and B2C identify management services
