We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to join the team! The Operations Coordinator will perform tasks based on manager direction that support day-to day operations in one or more of the following functional areas: Transformation & Colleague Standards (Training, Resource Management, and Talent Acquisition & Development), Client Management Standards, Reporting & Collaboration and Delivery Standards & Governance in addition to other operational tasks. The Operations Coordinator will help to enhance processes and work to improve quality, productivity, and efficiency.

Responsibilities


  • Perform and assist with daily operational tasks


  • Analyze current processes in place and determine how to improve their efficiency and effectiveness.


  • Work with team to inform and develop a strategy based on an evaluation of business needs.


  • Communicate updates and plans with the operations team.


  • Prepare and maintain relevant documentation on knowledge sharing platforms.


  • Track relevant operational metrics.


  • Identify issues and communicate with team members.


  • Support management of training inventory in the Practice Areas in all geographies, including North America (NA), Europe, Middle East, & Africa (EMEA), and Asia-Pacific (APAC).


  • Collaborate with team to determine appropriate content to centralize.


  • Help develop and deliver the training program for new hires and managers.


  • Update and maintain recorded training material.


  • Present training material as needed.


  • Work with team to update forecast resource needs globally, including number of resources, types, and talent required by month, over a 12-month period.


  • Maintain headcount accuracy and support compensation planning/tracking.


  • Assist in the placement and movement of internal staff to fill needs for projects and plan for anticipated needs.


  • Report on open roles and availability of supported teams.


Required


  • Demonstrated analysis and problem-solving skills


  • Proven organizational skills; able to absorb inputs from various sources and synthesize into actionable steps


  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to a changing business environment


  • Strong verbal and written communication skills


  • Ability to manage time between competing priorities


  • Ability to have an open mind to new processes


  • Detail-oriented


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook


  • Proficient in SharePoint


Preferred


  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, or relevant field of study OR equivalent work experience preferred


  • Knowledge of Workday preferred


  • Experience in technology projects/implementations (Training)


  • General understanding of forecasting and modeling techniques (RM)


Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree a plus
