Salesforce is growing at the speed of light, both organically and through acquisitions; we have a fantastic opportunity to join the Revenue Operations (RevOps) Strategic Services Group as a Manager, PMO M&A! The RevOps department includes core functions: Pricing & Product Operations, Sales Operations, Global Incentive Compensation, Quote to Cash, Partner Operations, and corresponding systems enablement functions which are required to support the Field Sales organization.

The Manager, PMO M&A will join a high-impact team that guides acquired companies on the journey of financial and operational integration, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the M&A integration life cycle, with a focus on improving value to accelerate growth for Salesforce. In this role, you will lead the integration of Salesforce acquisitions into RevOps systems and business processes, plus post cutover activities.

You will partner with teams across the Salesforce enterprise to drive M&A integrations. This position requires problem solving, attention to detail, superb project management skills, ability to partner with key stakeholders, competence to work with senior executives, and excellent interpersonal skills! You must possess a positive attitude, the ability to switch priorities and maintain grace under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Lead RevOps M&A integration project tracks in accordance with program schedule, budget, and designated scope

  • Own RevOps M&A project plans to organize schedule, milestones, phases, activities, deliverables, tasks and associated owners

  • Drive risk mitigation on M&A integration project tracks

  • Ability to be a hard-working problem solver; propose recommendations on short/long term solutions, ad-hoc work-arounds, and data insights to influence partners

  • Initiate pre-project M&A integration discovery phase to develop and align project roster on scope, schedule, and resource dependencies

  • Manage RevOps Project Core Team (PCT) cadence to discuss key topics, issue resolution, and align with partners on escalations

  • Status Reports on RevOps M&A project health, key accomplishments, upcoming deliverables, and risk

  • Partner with Enterprise M&A program leads on governance and Steering Committee (SteerCo) communications

  • Experience documenting current and to-be solution process flows

  • Iterate on the RevOps M&A PMO playbook with a repeatable framework

  • Build presentations for Executive Leadership to understand key integration problems, options, and recommendations

REQUIREMENTS


  • 3-5 years experience in M&A's, project management, consulting in the tech industry

  • Professional RevOps/Finance domain experience in operations, processes, and systems

  • Experience in processes/systems related to sales compensation, product operations, CRM, sales operations.

  • Highly passionate to learn about M&As and hard-working to integrate companies into Salesforce

  • Experience with the Salesforce platform preferred

  • Experience with Smartsheets/Quip or other Project Management teamwork tools

  • Advance Google Suite skills

  • MBA/PMP preferred
