Are you an experienced leader within the Revenue Cycle Management industry? Do you have a passion for managing client relationships and developing teams? Would you like to work with a leader in the industry who has a niche focus on serving the human services and post-acute care communities? Netsmart is seeking a Director of Revenue Cycle Management with solid client relationship and people leadership experience to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

In this role as an RCM Director, you will lead a team of approximately 50 associates with 2 to 3 direct reports. You will oversee a region focused on clients within the human services communities (addiction treatment, autism, behavioral health), with ownership of the client relationship experience. You and your team monitor relevant performance indicators including days in A/R, cash/net revenue, A/R aging, denials management, and credit balances. You are accountable to ensure deliverables are prepared and executed per your clients' expectations and you have full P&L responsibility for your team. You will manage, coach, train, recognize, and evaluate your Team Leads and Managers to foster a productive and healthy environment/culture.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred


• At least 7 years of medical billing, cash posting, and charge entry experience


• At least 5 years of people management experience


• Proven track record in managing client relationships is extremely helpful


• Experience working within a contact center environment is helpful


• Proficiency in MS Office products, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook
