Job Description:

Become a key part of Macquarie Asset Management by joining our team as a Paralegal focusing on our US Public Markets business based in our Philadelphia office. You will have the opportunity to expand your skill set and take on new responsibilities, working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with a company that is growing.



We are seeking an experienced paralegal to join and support the in-house Legal department and work closely with our legal professionals. In this paralegal position you will prepare contracts, investment guidelines and operational procedures for institutional separate account clients, sub-transfer agents and networking relationships, wrap or managed accounts and various other counterparties with supervision. You will be involved with legal administrative tasks including contract functions, meeting materials and preparation and reviewing various legal, marketing and client documentation. We expect that this role will support workflow for all fund activities, maintenance of a documents portal, including operating agreements (e.g., investment management agreements, participation agreements) and coordination of regulatory, compliance and business practices reporting. In addition, you will assist with corporate transactions and support various mutual fund initiatives, assisting the Legal department as needed.



Leveraging your college degree, coupled with 3+ years of relevant work experience, this will be your chance to broaden your skill set and grow your career. Having the ability to be flexible, process driven, and detail oriented, are a few of the traits our team values. Experience with an investment company or major law firm is preferred and further experience with EDGAR filing process, offering documents, disclosure documents and working directly with clients and external parties, will be important to your success. Familiarity with document management systems, document assembly systems and electronic meeting material systems is a plus. Excellent organizational and administrative skills including Word, PowerPoint and Excel required. Works independently and under the general supervision of attorneys. Reports to a team of attorneys and a manager of paralegals.



We are open to a flexible working arrangement that will allow for a remote work schedule after an initial onboarding period.
