Business Development Executive - Central Texas at Credit Human

Job Description:

We are seeking a Business Development Executive based in Central Texas for the Manufactured Housing Department.


The Business Development Executive develops and maintains successful business relationships while consistently assessing potential opportunities within their geographic market area. This will involve communication through phone and travel on a weekly basis as well as required documentation in the Salesforce CRM system. The Business Development Executive educates sources on the Credit Human product offerings and process flows that lead to source satisfaction and increased utilization. The Business Development Executive will monitor and identify trends within their market through business partner communications, industry and association events, and other specified channels. The Business Development Executive, based on experience will suggest process improvements that will increase efficiency, improve service and improve the success and/or the effectiveness of the business partner.

Experience:


    Required



  • 5 years of sales related experience

 


    Preferred



  • Previous experience in manufactured housing business strongly preferred

  • Marketing and financial analysis experience preferred

Education:


    Required



  • High school diploma

    Preferred



  • 4-year college degree

Licenses & Certifications:


    Required




  • Requires eligibility to be registered as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) with National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry



    Preferred



  • NMLS registered MLO

Skills & Knowledge:


    Required



  • Strong communication skills

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision

  • Ability to multi-task

  • Must have strong organizational skills

  • General knowledge of various office departments and their primary responsibilities

  • Must be able to work with all departments in a strongly cooperative and team building relationship

  • Good Computer skills (including basic keyboarding)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm


Travel Requirements: 75% / Central, South and West Texas and New Mexico
