The Digital Transformation Director role exists to accelerate the growth of our D-Commerce business by breaking down functional silos, focusing the enterprise on the business outcomes, and creating a roadmap of the culture we want tomorrow for today. The role will be instrumental in creating new ways of working across teams and creating new workflows and behaviors to win in the marketplace.
What are we looking for?
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree. MS/MBA is preferred.
15+ years in HR Consulting and/or Business Partnering Experience is required.
Preferred qualifications:
10+ years of experience within a fast-moving industry or retailer that is driving disruption
5+ years of experience in culture and agile change implementations in 1,000 person+ businesses
What would be your key responsibilities?
This role will be responsible for growing the D-Commerce business by helping us to build the right things, at the right speed, in the right way to achieve our ambitions
By codifying the various teams, responsibilities, and priorities this person will improve decision making and speed in which key initiatives are achieved and delivered
Build a strong team culture to own and drive outcomes in a distributive team environment, while also navigating pandemic-related disruptions in work and personal life
Help D-commerce associates grow and develop in the fl ow of everyday work to minimize reactive tendencies and maximize strengths for agile ways of working.
Create and embed new behaviors and mindsets that will reflect the culture we want to achieve the desired ambition
