Position Title: Sr. Financial Analyst- 5E
Position Summary
The Senior Financial Analyst (SFA) will be responsible for a variety of functions, including but not limited to performing the day-to-day general ledger accounting, financial reporting & analysis for assigned functional area in the Compliance & Revenue Assurance team. Partner with leadership to analyze Small Cell Network Projects, Jobs, Cost data and Contracts to assure identification of Non-recurring Revenue and timely notification and billing to customer. Work closely with Network Project Delivery and Network Finance teams through course of Project Delivery and Contract Compliance. Is expected to deliver high quality, accurate financial reporting & analysis and drive continuous improvements throughout the reporting tools and processes.
Essential Job Functions
Conduct identification and analysis of Non-Recurring Revenue within Small Cell Network Contracts and Projects (including but not limited to Capital Pass-Through, Milestone Billings, Out of Scope Work & Clawbacks)
Responsible for conducting or assisting with financial and operational analysis. May provide input on how to improve a project’s financials, given an understanding of the linkages between the financial metrics and the business levers.
Partner with Project Delivery, Network Finance & Management teams to conduct analysis, and report outcomes & results.
Maintain a good understanding of the financial and operational capabilities of various management teams/departments and serve as a partner to continually improve these capabilities.
Act as subject matter expert for business partners related to Non-Recurring Revenue, while ensuring accuracy of Contract Compliance and Assurance.
Communicate standards regarding Crown Castle’s financial management procedures, policies, and standards (e.g., reporting standards, metrics that are tracked, SOX compliance controls) to Network personnel.
Communicate regularly with the Network management teams to keep them well informed of financial items within assigned functional area.
Identify and notify management of performance issues related to managing job revenue budgets.

Experience/Minimum Requirements
Five (5) years of work experience in an accounting or financial analysis related position preferred.
