 Job Summary and Responsibility:

• Provide L2 Application Support


• Interact with customers to understand, troubleshoot, and resolve concerns


• Experience in handling critical incidents


• Adherence to Organizational policies and processes (including Cognizant's security policies.

 Must Have Skills

• At least 4 years of L2 Application Support experience 


• Oracle SQL


• PL/SQL


• Unix


• ITIL Knowledge


• Experience in shell script


• Extensive Experience of batch scheduler like Ctrl-M or autosys


• Working knowledge of monitoring and support tools like GENEOS, Splunk & ServiceNow.

 Preferred

• Banking experience strongly desired

• SQL Server


• .net framework


• IT Service Operation
