We are currently seeking qualified applicants for an entry level production employee to be located in our Macon, Georgia plant. The hourly pay rate for Operator positions is $16.65 - $25.00 + shift differential.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
* Support and promote safe practices and environmental commitments in alignment with company commitments, policies, and compliance requirements.
* Ensuring that the proper tape is on each roll.
* Stocking tape for changeovers
* Separating first and second-class material
* Monitoring weight, width and communicate to team leader
* Adding cores to rolls
* Keeping 5S board stocked
* General housekeeping of the area
* Following all procedures and JSA's for winder

BASIC REQUIREMENTS
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Possess strong comprehension skills
* Able to lift 50 lbs.
* Able to work flexible schedule to include overtime
* Willingness to work in non-temperature-controlled environment
